Description To be there for individuals military and their families to help them develop their potential and to promote solidarity within the military community of eastern Quebec . Raising awareness among the civilian community about military life and its impacts. 
 
Services for military personnel, veterans, and their families 
* drop-in daycare, emergency childcare service (available 24/7) 
* parent–child room for young families (psychomotor development) 
* support during absences and relocations, prevention, counselling 
* youth cooperative, youth services, and youth space “Le Repaire” 
* volunteering, socio-community activities 
* second-language courses 
 
For military personnel or anglophones in the city of Quebec (Emploi-Québec) 
* training and orientation program for returning to work (FORT)
